At SUCASU, we are dedicated to supporting both seasoned and home roasters with our exceptional offerings:
– Carefully selected specialty green coffee offered in nano quantities up to several bags accessible to all types of roasters.
– Access to professional information about coffee origin, sourcing and traceability as well as origins marketing material.
– Green coffee quality control desk: professional equipment for green QC + educational material accessible for coffee buyers.
CO-ROASTING SPACE
Access our professional roasting facilities at your convenience. We handle maintenance while you focus on crafting exceptional coffees. At Sucasu we offer the following services:
– Access to a multiple production line including a 6Kg gas roaster, a 1Kg electrical roaster and a sample roaster.
– Access to professional roasting QC equipment and educational resources (including roast profiles).
– Access to streamlined packaging support for your roasted beans, including labeling, sealing and bagging services.
– Access to hands on support from professionals onsite, connections, ideas sharing and collaboration opportunities.
COFFEE LAB
SUCASU Coffee Lab Offers an economical, adaptable, and accessible avenue that grants you the opportunity to utilize professional-grade equipment in a cost effective and supportive environment without any substantial upfront investment.
– Access to innovative and unique equipment and technology in coffee brewing, cupping and green and roasted coffee analysis and ensure quality with cupping tools, moisture analyzers, roast and extraction analyzers and more.
– Learn diverse roasting techniques and coffee business essentials through workshops and seminars and access to community events and public or private cuppings for individuals or large groups.
